CGM Simulator
Educational CGM Platform

Simulate, visualize, and understand continuous glucose monitoring

A hospital-based platform for generating realistic CGM profiles, exploring time-in-range and glycemic metrics, and connecting clinical teams to current diabetes research — all in one place.

About the Platform

The CGM Simulator Platform is an educational tool that models how glucose behaves throughout the day and lets clinical teams work with that data safely — without involving real patient devices.

It generates physiologically realistic glucose traces that reflect fasting baselines, the dawn phenomenon, post-meal spikes, and the effect of exercise, with patterns that differ by diabetes type. From there, you can edit individual readings or whole ranges directly on the chart, review standard glycemic metrics such as Time in Range, GMI, and coefficient of variation, and surface relevant clinical trials and literature for each patient's diabetes type.

Access is organized by hospital and by role — site administrators, hospital administrators, doctors, nurses, and patients — so each person sees exactly the data and tools appropriate to them. The platform is intended for training, demonstration, and research familiarization, not for clinical decision-making.
